Giving you a comprehensive yet understandable picture of your current health and fitness. I also use this time to assess your current lifestyle and approach to optimising wellness, including key variables such as sleep, stress and nutrition.
Time is spent devising individual programmes to best suit my clients needs. My approach is to ensure you are maximising your training time whilst learning correct lifting technique and form.
