Laurent – Chef
I’ve been training with Loukas twice a week for about 18 months. I was having problems with my joints, back and legs. I used to swim and run a lot when I was younger, but due to the nature of my job as a chef, I have neglected my health over the years and was reluctant to get back into training at the beginning, as I struggled to make time for myself. I set myself some goals and with Loukas’ encouragement and dedication, it wasn’t long before I could see a big difference and was managing to achieve some of the things I didn’t think I would ever do. I am definitely in the best shape I have been for years. I look forward to my sessions with Loukas now and would not give them up for anything. He has made a big difference to my life and has made me realise how beneficial it is to make time for myself.
